WHY JOIN WiBA?

A group of non-industry competitive business women meet once a month in a 12 monthly meeting forum. Our objective is simple - to equip you for your role in business to always be a few steps ahead. We bring just in time knowledge with relevant tools and trends and you bring your experience. We fuse them together to sharpen your skills and augment your knowledge.  WiBA peer council forums assist you by highlighting blind spots and raising potential red flags through monthly accountability reports backs and case studies. You gain clarity and certainty.

The result – confidence with your next decision allowing you to make strategic decisions which are future forward.

WHAT is WiBA (Women in Business Advisory)

Female forward business workspaces and communities provide a strong nucleus and central access point to resources to grow personally and professionally. WiBA is a monthly meeting place for a tribe of women from multi-dimensional areas in business who meet to sharpen skills and network. They are like minded women and on the same journey. They have many priorities. They meet at WiBA in a nonjudgmental space which is a sensitive forum for the purpose of accelerating their knowledge and growth.

At times, business owners and managers in companies need encouragement and support. On a monthly basis, you will interact with women from different industries who believe it or not,  have very similiar challenges as you. Peer advisory groups are empowering.  Meetings bolster your self-belief and give you motivation to tackle the challenges you face daily.  You will be exposed to different perspectives, on trend business concepts and the opportunity to have fellow members act as a sounding board for your challenges.

Every day we focus and push boundaries which can be exhausting. We know we could do things better but we are mired by many operational aspects and so many responsibilities. We would like to maintain our energy, be consistent with our plans/aspirations and maintain laser sharp focus. And we would like to be exposed to new business tools, be inspired and get clarity/advice on our next steps.

Give yourself the gift of 3 hours of personal and professional nourishment monthly – become a member of Women in Business Advisory (WiBA).

ANNI'S PHILOSOPHY

Is a combination of Ikigai and Kinsugi.

The word ikigai translates as 'a reason for being' or a 'reason for living'. ... (Ikigai is pronounced ee-key-guy.) This sense of purpose helps people choose actions that create satisfaction and a sense of meaning to life.

Kintsugi is the Japanese art of putting broken pottery pieces back together with gold — built on the idea that in embracing flaws and imperfections, you can create an even stronger, more beautiful piece of art.
